Raspberry Cloud

Its Polish name is “Malinowa Chmurka” – which literally translates as Raspberry Cloud. This is the the most heavenly, light cake you will have ever come across.

An incredibly light vanilla sponge, but it doesn’t stop there with the layers. The sponge is topped with a raspberry jelly packed with fresh raspberries, continues with a light cream, and topped with a soft meringue and almonds.

You will feel like you’re eating a cloud.

Comes as 24cm cake that will serve 10 good sized slices.
